An Oklahoma woman who bill slapped herself so hard that she had to visit her local emergency room, has filed a lawsuit against AT&T (NYSE: T) and RadioShack (NYSE: RSH) after she purchasing a netbook with a 3G data plan and receiving a $5,000 bill for exceeding her monthly data cap.
