Homothrombosis 

The formation of a blood clot (thrombus) inside a blood vessel in a man's lower intestines, obstructing the flow of blood through the circulatory system. Caused by aggressive or repeated anal sex.

Chris never thought his love for being a bottom bitch would result in a case of Homothrombosis.
