An all around loser. A man who girls avoid like the plague. He is oblivious to it though, he thinks he is smooth. He is also gay, thus "Hot Dog Buns". We all know what goes in every Hot Dog Bun! It also likes to hit on young, drunk, kids. Pedophile. It tends to go clubbing! It also has every STD imaginable! Stay away!! Oh, right, and it likes to play DDR. Can also be referred to as "Shishkabob Kid".
