Refers to college Greek life, it means Top House. The best frat house or sorority in that University (reputation, parties, perceived coolness). This is in contrast to Bouse which means Bottom House, which would be the worst frat house or sorority.

Bro Pike and ATO are Touse but AEPi is Bouse.
