The response you give someone when you don’t want to answer or can’t think of an answer to their question. Generally used on someone to belittle them when you don’t like them.
Henry: You’ve been dropped more times than you’ve been captain
Louis: Who do you think will be captain next year?
Henry: Well you know seventeen?
Louis: Who do you think will be captain next year?
Henry: Well you know seventeen?
