Dur-Hur-Hur 

The sound an idiot makes when mocking someone with laughter for something that said idiot does not understand. Also used following primitive behaviour pertaining to objects of the civilized world (such as slamming a door, carelessly slamming down one's glass onto a table so the liquid within sloshes about or needlessly hitting something until it works).

"You think that someone who isn't intelligent, knows a lot - dur-hur-hur - you're actually retarded!"
"Uh, stupid thing - it doesn't work" bangs fan on desk and inadvertently hits its power button "Duh-hur-hur! I fixed it!"

Checkpoint Charlie 

A driver who frequently and rapidly changes lanes on a highway, motorway or dual carriageway appearing to be weaving between invisible checkpoints.

"That guy's all over the road - he must be a Checkpoint Charlie!"
"Keep an eye on your rear view, there are a lot of Checkpoint Charlies on this road."
