the kid in your family which deserves "sinkies" (cinder blocks) instead of floaties at the pool. often the most annoying child in the family or a product of incest. He/She may drool and sneeze excessively, be nearly albino in complexion, bite one's own appendages, and will most likely not be able to form coherent sentences.
