A very large group of people (more than 20), who all respect each other and are just having a good time. It can only occur at a party like event where everyone is listening to chill good music

"Hey dawg, wanna come to the coomber tonight?"
"Yeah sure I'll bring some music and we can have a chill time!"
"Sweet, see ya there. At the coomber."
