RELATIONSHIPS.---
When the girlfriend is keeping watch on the boyfriend's ex.
"She definitely still wants him back. I've had her on bitchwatch for a while now."

When the ex is keeping tabs on the girlfriend.
"I still want him back. She's been on my bitchwatch since they started talking."
