Guatemalan steam train

When someone peels a jalepeño and inserts it into their partner's rectum, and then sucks out the jalepeño. The resulting spicyness will cause the persons rectum to smoke, resembling a steam train.

Mary: You want to spice up the bedroom?
Bobby: Yeah, let's do the Guatemalan Steam Train!
