Friend Victim

When you pick someone out from a crowd and then target them to be your friend. Not in a stalker way, because following them does not ensue, rather you just dedicate your night to engaging them in conversation and becoming their close personal friend.

Margret: Derek is going to the party tonight.

Samantha: I know, I'm gonna friend victim him so hard.
