A fractal acronym or “fractronym” is a modern vulgarity where an acronym is nested within another acronym. For instance a “PSOP” where the “SOP” stands for Standard Operating Procedure and the “P” stands for “PROMS” which are “Patient Rated Outcome Measures”.
These National Healthcare System (NHS) leaders can kiss my Aris if they think we’re just going to rollover and accept them pushing these damn fractronyms on us now!
