The Medical tern for when someone is speaking straight bullshit all the time. Beware of these people; they can't be trusted.

Doctor: Mam, we are deeply sorry but you have been diagnosed with bullshidious. Sadly it can not be cured.
Patient: I swear I'm alright doctor. No one has ever had bullshidious in the family
Doctor: Bullshit I say!
