WTW

WTW (Wanna-Be Try-hard Weirdo) — A person who is trying way too hard to look cool, impress people, or fit in, but it’s painfully obvious and slightly embarrassing. Usually spotted forcing slang, flexing things nobody asked about, or acting like the main character in a situation where they are clearly not. Often seen overusing slang, flexing things nobody asked about, or switching personalities depending on who they’re around. A WTW thinks they’re impressing the room, but the room is just watching the performance.

She met one new friend group and suddenly has a whole new accent. WTW.
