A louie is a person or usually an entire family that is so inbred that they lose track of how they are actually related. Most of the time, the mother and father of a louie will be the same person, and possibly even the child of the louie.
Louies will often eat family pets for their dinner, so it is not uncommon for neighbouring cats and dogs to go missing around the time of Christmas to be served to the rest of the louies with their roast spuds and gravy.
