To make plans far enough in advance before there could be any possible conflict, to only have those plans dissolve at the last second when at least one of the people who made plans were made with, finds better plans and acts as if there changing of the plans, are in fact your fault.

I made plan for dinner with Kim five weeks ago, but she backed out ten minutes before our reservation and told me it was my fault. She Omar’d me.
