Pulled an Ali

The act of purchasing rave tickets for yourself and an entire group without consulting anyone beforehand, leaving everyone else with little choice but to pay up. Usually involves making spontaneous financial decisions on behalf of other people.

“For fuck’s sake, Ali’s only gone and pulled an Ali again. He’s bought four tickets for Fabric , and now we all owe him £20.”
