Someone who is named a "RobotoBot" is a person who is overly obsessed with robotic fictional characters such as cars and robots.

Person 1: Ughhhh, my friend is overly obsessed with robotic characters from video games! It's so annoying when they talk about it all the time!
Person 2: Really? They sound like a RobotoBot to me to be honest.
