The shittiest weakest "insult" ever by someone who is too afraid to use proper insults because they are too scared to use swearwords, or are about 13 and don't like cuss words.
Example:
Person 1: "Hey you, you are a douchebag!"
Person 2:"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, if you are going to insult me, use a proper fucking insult you fucking pussy!!"
Person 1: "I can't because I'm 13 and I don't like cuss words"
