When a person sends a picture to your cell phone of genitals without it being requested, usually without warning.

a play on the phrase Rick Rolled. When you believe someone is sending you a picture via cell of one thing and it turns out to be a photo of genitals.

"I totally Dick Rolled Stacy last night when I said I was sending her a picture of my new dog!"
