Menr 

An extra way of saying 'Man', 'Men' or 'Lad'.

As of 08/30/2018 5:20 PM, Menr was first used when a guy named Abe tried to type in the command 'pls meme' in a Discord server but accidently typed 'pls menr', so it stuck and the people in the server made the definition mean the same as man/lad.
