Another word for Rabbit Scab. Basically a complete piece of shit who has babies to steal more money from those of us who work for a living.
From the looks of that couple with the latest smart phones and fine shoes with ragged ass children in tow who look like they don't see a cent of the free money their parents gleam from the tax paying majority, we have a welfare breeder situation. We are going to need a roll of duct tape and a sterilization kit stat!

Someone who spends their life with their hand out, expecting the rest of us to provide for them. In a village scenario, scabs are cooked and eaten, or just cooked and thrown to the dogs. In a modern day scenario, scabs are looked after by the government. They spend their days wasting the hard earned tax dollars of real people, filling their bodies with food that would be better used for feeding the dogs, throwing in a food fight, or just left outside to rot.
A scab thinks the world owe's them a living and will never lift a finger to look for work. Much to the disgust of the rest of us, the scab will still join in discussions about how the country should be run, even though they are but a scab formed from the wound of the welfare system, bleeding money out of the fund needed to fix the roads that scabs complain about on their way to the welfare office.
A person genuinely in need of welfare is not a scab, until they are able to work but choose not to because it's easier to sit around all day and complain that their lives suck. A scab is fairly low, but a considerable step up from a rabbit scab

A 'Rabbit Scab' is someone who is relying on the social welfare system to live and deliberately conceives children (or additional children) whom they know will also be dependent on the welfare system. Typically, this is just people who don't think about the fact that they are ripping off tax payers, but in many cases, a rabbit scab will actually have children for the sole purpose of avoiding work and increasing their weekly government hand out.
Rabbit scabs are considered to be lower than junkies, fraudsters and even outright thieves. The term rabbit scab gives a label to this class of society so they can be exposed for what they are, and others who intend to follow in their footsteps will think twice and perhaps choose to become decent human beings instead.
