Someone who uses crowd sourcing on social media sites like Facebook to try to get people to go fund them for bullshit items.

Examples of someone being a digital hobo:

Hi everyone just discovered a new love for Oreos " click to go fund my addiction"
Or
Lost $10,000 to lotto tickets "click to go fund me so I can earn my money back"
