A Quorum

When someone goes silent after doing something wrong/ knowing they are wrong and you know they can hear you but they choose to ignore you anyway. This can occur in real life or over any kind of online voice chat including phone calls.

"Wtf why did you just steal my kill?"

"Ahh dont do a Quorum...."
