A low-education, egotistical, narcissistic person that is not only easily manipulated to believe mistruths, but is used by people smarter than them to spread said mistruths and influence other low-education people. Often used as a bull horn to spread misinformation. They are well versed at orchestrating lies and manipulating unsuspecting low-education people, often at the request of their handlers. They tend to crave attention, bordering on a need of worship.

Don't be acting like a Spataro.
