2) A person who prefers to play games rather then accomplish tasks.

bucked down 

The act of being killed. Having been the victim of a homicide. An action where a target falls prey to a street level assassination which is commonly carried out with a high powered fire arm.

"The witness was supposed to show up in court, but he got bucked down instead."
