When an elderly person loses all mental faculties and slips into the retard zone.

The term originated when a mass number of baby boomers who were not previously retarded, entered into their geriatric stages and displayed aspects of mental faculty loss. "Retardation" This resulted in the need for expansion of English medical jargon.
User 1: did you see gramps last night at the party?
User 2: I did, what was wrong with him? He was acting really weird.
User 1: Yea, he was acting like a full blown jerrytard!
User 2: ut was only a matter of time before his jerrytardation sunk in.
