Gwep

A person who improperly discards non-biodegrade cigarette butts which are made of cellulose acetate, a form of plastic that is very slow to degrade in the environment.

He: Don't be a gwep.

She: That guy was such a gwep, didn't even have biodegrade craft cigarettes.
