To be heavily obsessed and have an undying love for chocolate, food in general, and/or Harry Potter. May also be a synonym for "treasurer" or "procrastinator."

Person 1: "What is up with you and chocolate?"
Person 2: "Hey, I'm not Sujin about it!"
