A White Southerner who advocates for socialism without actually practicing it or reading the works from Socialist/Communist authors and Thought-Leaders or thinks they are a socialist when in reality they barely know the basic principals of socialism.

A person who appeals to a fanbases concern of feeling ignored.

Fandom Populist 

A person who appeals to a fanbase that feels ignored by higher authorities or the corporation that owns the IP the fanbase is based around.

"I heard Bob was a Fandom Populist for the Gaming community."
