When you're totally frustrated with someone or something, particularly when it relates to the work environment and the legion of jack asses that share cubicle space with you.
Ex: "That dumb broad took the last cup of coffee. I am so fuckin' peanked. Now I won't have the energy to work and I'll be forced to download card games the rest of the day."
