tomcotton 

A racist individual, usually from the Southern part of the United States. Adjective: tomcottony.

Example: “I never knew the neighbors were such tomcottons!” Not to be confused with “Tomcotton” which is explosive diarrhea.

“Look at all the tomcottons in their white robes and pointy hats!”
