A very sophisticated, forcused, handsome, well built , gentle hard to find 'LUO' man. They tend to eat Sea/Lake animae. Mostly found in Kenya majorly Nyanza area, Bondo to be specific.

Lately he's been fond of reading Biography like Owade does.
