Murdering people close to you without any reasonable expectation of getting away with it.

Violent criminal behavior that is neither well-thoughtout nor sophisticated — usually involving (but not limited) to a trailer park, and occuring in a god-awful small town.

The phrase was coined by comedians James Pietragallo and Jimmie Whisman of Small Town Murder Podcast.
Billy Joe shot his sister, Bobbie Lee, in broad daylight because she was going to turn him into the police for robbing their neighbor’s house five years ago. Billy Joe was caught in a trailer park 2 miles away from the scene of the crime with her pick-up truck, jewelry and bloody clothes. Billy Joe is exhibiting major panhandle behavior, I tell you what!
