is a phrase used to define when people get smart after they are drunk.

1) guy: dam i bet you look better with your clothes on the ground.
girl: did your jersey smarts help you solve this crisis.

2)Guy 1:"dude i think we won't make it home walking"

Guy 2:"dude no shit you serious? you got them jersey smarts"
