Most likely didn't think he would win and is now just winging it. Thinks that a wall will keep immigrants out. Yeah because the Berlin wall and the Great Wall of China were a great success right? Just a waste of money. Claims that he doesn't make statements unless he knows all the facts, yet called Obama's birth certificate fake. Is besties with Putin.
