(Noun)- a "man-boy". A male that thinks he is a man but is actually a "man-boy."

Person 1: "Steve is 30 years old and still living at home with his mom."

Person 2: "He is such a lardakiss."

Person 1: "Jimmy can't take responsibility for his own actions."

Person 2: " He is a real lardakiss."
