To flirt with extraordinary silliness, often with giggling. Can also mean snuggling or kissing while maintaining a humorous(or "silly") attitude.

Did you see John and Cathy shknoggling at the Mason's last night?

Or: Cathy should have known not to shknoggle with Eva's husband.
