Jake Syndrome

A condition where a person fells the need to compulsively lie about almost everything, whether it be simple or complicated. Most fabricate elaborate lies to gain attention such as pretending to have been attacked or diagnosed with an illness.
Similar to a hypochondriac.

Someone who says they got beat up and are blatantly fake limping have Jake Syndrome
