Groggle

The act of a dog rolling on it's bag and wiggling back and forth, often groaning and flailing it's legs about wildly. Something of a mashup of "groan" and "wiggle".

My dog flung himself down in the dry leaves and began to groggle wildly in unmistakable pleasure.
