Another way of saying that a person is either touched or hacked (very upset)

E.g. 1)

Jess: why you Chanxed?

Keegz: coz you always think you're right!!

E.g. 2)

Keegz: What's wrong?
Jess: I'm a bit chanxed. Got my report marks back...
