An individual who simply cannot seem to tell the truth no matter what the circumstances. Some tend to stretch the truth in order to inflate their image, but a "Lyin Ryan" takes this to a whole new level.

Will: I started on my college basketball team all four years and thought about playing in the NBA but I decided being unemployed was cooler.

Nick: You're being a real Lyin Ryan right now.
