Drunkity (noun)
A state of being pleasantly intoxicated where one is cheerful, lighthearted, and enjoyable to be around. Characterized by happy laughter, a good mood, and a lack of drama, those experiencing drunkity often uplift others and are the life of the party without being overwhelming or a downer.

I got so drunkity last night and had a blast at the bar talking to everyone!
