A condition in which babies get cross-eyed due to an epidemic in cross-eyed doctors slapping them after birth in order to cross their eyes so they can increase the population of cross-eyed people on earth.

Samuel had to get special glasses today due to his Accelular Moculars given to him by DR Chen.
