Someone with a rank rear that appears lumpy or rumpled. If one farts while sitting too often, without changing or airing their shorts. Someone who has a cling-on at a toga party. Usually refers to the ass area of the body including something discusting.

I had to sit my stanky scuzzlebut on that bus all day before I could properly wipe my ass.

A loud upstairs neighbor that tromps around the room all day with heavy footsteps.

That clod hoppin hippostomper needs to go to hell for waking me up every morning before my alarm.
