A very disgusting woman who looks like she lives in a trash can; a hooker who works/ lives in a trash can; a reference to someone who is gross and seems like they "get around".

Person 1: "That lady on the corner looks nasty!"
Person 2: "Yeah. What a trash can prostitute."
