Tuaoloa

Strong cool chilly winds found specifically in the pacific. Tuaoloa meaning "season of plenty has passed". Humans get sick from it and most even die but animals and plants get stronger from it.

The Tuaoloa blew and many were locked in their houses.

Tuaoloa is a strong chilly wind like storm, specifically in the Pacific. Its feared by many and its meaning is "Season of the plenty has passed". It makes humans sick and even some die from it but animals and plants grow stronger and healthier from it. Elders from some villages in the Pacific Tonga and Samoa say that whenever the Tuaoloa blows someone dies especially elders and babies.

Everyone stayed home safe and warm from the Tuaoloa which blew hard outside.
