philbowling 

A sexual act in which the receiving party is bent over a bed or couch, and the penetrator runs from across the room, aiming accurately (fully stiff) at the hole in which penetration is to commence. This takes much practice, but once mastered, can be fully enjoyed. Screaming while running is optional, but adds greatly to the experience.

The act of philbowling is an excellent way to start off any sexual encounter.
