LAMB stands for "Like A Monkey Bitch". It's when someone is acting out and doesn't qualify for just the regular "bitch" but rather a "monkey bitch".

Margret really pissed me off and was acting LAMB; I bought her nachos and she decided at that very moment that she didn't like nacho cheese as much as American cheese.
