Mud butt is when your stomach hurts real bad, its the only time you will ever consider killing yourself,(if your not crazy) and its when u got mad diarhia, and that poop be poorin out, and ur stomach hurt so bad you be layin on the ground naked bangin on da floor, and when it splurt out, u can feel it come back up and get yo but on the rebound.
